YKKE – Kein Superheld

First big project with Yung Kafa & Kücük Efendi. Three people, three days, four music videos in Cyprus. This was the one that set the tone for their entire 2025 campaign.

The artists never show their faces. Early on it was pixelated masks or pure 2D/3D animation. For this era, I designed custom robes: flowing ivory fabric paired with pink veils that drop to the floor. The pieces hide identity while adding a ceremonial weight. They became the anchor for the whole campaign.

The bigger challenge was technical. AI-generated footage struggled with character consistency back then in ways that have since improved significantly. To work around those limitations, I built a hybrid workflow: the physical robes we got tailored were simultaneously used to train a custom LoRA model. Real footage and AI-generated sequences then shared the same visual DNA. Physical meets digital hallucination without the seams showing.

The narrative drops the artists on a foreign planet, greeted by waiting followers. But beyond the story, this was a proof-of-concept for AI VFX using custom assets instead of generic prompts. The robes weren't just costumes. They were the bridge.
